my name is Felicia Holmlund and welcome to my website!
My Master's studies in International Marketing surprisingly opened up the world of UX design to me. With an interest in understanding customers' and users' points of view, I saw the opportunity to combine the two worlds of marketing and UX design.
With a focus on UX Strategies and UX Research, I aim to get closer to the idea of what details digital users need. It includes parts such as qualitative and quantitative research, UX writing, and prototyping with a focus on long-term solutions.

Vyer
Vyer develops software for Building Information Modeling (BIM) specifically adapted for modern facility management.
The platform streamlines maintenance and facility operations through increased control over building information and access to digital tools.
As an intern, I was the one who was in charge of developing marketing strategies in the long and short term. It included being in charge of marketing research, marketing plans, content creation, and copywriting. I also worked side-by-side with the UX designer where I was part of the product development process.

The internship included a wide range of responsibilities where I was part of the Swedish HQ. The position included internal communication, internal and external articles, photography, creating videos, and developing communication plans.

Working at both Dressmann and Dressmann XL I had the advantage to get in contact with a variety of customer needs. My customer success skills were also used in my role as a vice store manager where we together as a team received the titles of “Best store in the region” and “Sweden’s best region”, two years in a row.
